Infrastructure and Campus Life:
The campus of NIT Warangal is very nice when compared to other NITs. Classrooms are beautiful, and our classrooms are designed in such a way that there is no requirement of mics and loudspeakers. All the classrooms are equipped with a projector. Many playgrounds, football courts, and tennis courts are available on the campus. A cricket pitch is available on the backside of our hostel. The hostel rooms are very clean, and each room has two LAN ports which have a speed of 100 Mbps.
Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is awesome. Professors teach us with well-explained and detailed theoretical concepts. They teach us in such a way that there is no need to study after the class. We only study during the exam.
The infrastructure here is fine, but don’t expect much great because it is an old building with very limited rooms. However, Wi-Fi facility is available here, and the labs are good. Classrooms are not enough, so it needs to take help of other buildings to conduct classes. The library is fantastic with lacs of books. Facilities provided in the hostel are good but don’t expect luxury as there are many problems regarding personal works. The food is fine only in a few messes (government messes), and the canteen is fine.
- Open Wi-Fi Facility
- Advanced Laboratory and Library Facility
- Anti-Ragging Environment
- Yoga, Meditation and Gym Facility
- Sports Facility
- Hostel Facility (Separate for Boys and Girls)
- Mess Facility with good quality of Food
- Personality Development Programs
- Air Conditioned Classrooms and Laboratories
I chose this course as I was interested in it, but I think the demand is decreased for it as it was needed more before. I wish that our college should provide good teachers who can understand students well, needs to update the syllabus and should provide updated labs. Great events are conducted by students both technically and traditionally. Technozion, Youth fest and Spring Spree are the huge fests organised in our college. The campus crowd is huge all the time. Scholarships are provided in a huge number based on different categories like caste, incomes, merits, research fund, etc.
